The Seltos is a brand new sub-compact CUV for Kia. Based on a similar platform of the Hyundai Kona the Seltos fits right in between the Kia Soul and the Sportage. This particular example I’m testing is the SX trim, with a turbocharged 1.6L 4 cylinder it has plenty of oomph but there is a downfall.
