Here it is, the all-new Ford F-150, the truck that is build to get things done.
Ford has kicked it up a notch with the new F-150 by maximizing towing, payload, torque and horsepower. It will also include new technology such as SYNC® 4 and over-the-air updates and of course it will be compatible with Apple Carplay and Android Auto. A new cab and tailgate design will work in sync to reduce drag and improve fuel consumption as well as new active grill shutters and a new automatically deploying active air dam thus making it the most aerodynamic ever.
No makeover is ever complete without redesigning the interior. Newly enhance materials, more color choices and storage, soil resistant seats (for XL) or dual glovebox (comes standard); every detail is thought of with the truck owner’s experience in mind. The F-150 will also have a hybrid option available on every trim level, from the XL to the Limited. Now before you knock it down, know that the hybrid will come with the all new 3.5-litre PowerBoost full hybrid V6 powertrain and it’s aimed to deliver the most torque and horsepower of any light-duty full size pickup truck. The PowerBoost system also adds an instant electric torque to Ford’s 3.5 – litre EcoBoost V6, making it the only light-duty full-size pickup to offer a full hybrid option.
